We do not sell shipping services, process shipments, handle parcels, or act as a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. We do not process payments or financial transactions of any kind. Rate data displayed on the Service is sourced from publicly available carrier rate tables and may not reflect real-time pricing, promotional discounts, account-specific rates, or all applicable surcharges.

3. Rate Accuracy Disclaimer

Shipping rates displayed on the Service are estimates based on published carrier rate tables and are provided for informational purposes only. Actual carrier pricing may differ from the rates shown due to factors including but not limited to:

  • Real-time rate changes or carrier rate updates

  • Account-specific discounts, surcharges, or negotiated rates

  • Dimensional weight adjustments

  • Accessorial charges (residential delivery, signature confirmation, etc.)

  • Fuel surcharge fluctuations

  • Carrier promotions or temporary pricing

  • Errors or delays in our data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShippingCostCalculatorLLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).
